Feedback Frenzy

Soon, players will be taking their first steps into the world of Destiny 2. We want to know what you think! The Feedback forum is already set up. From your first experiences in the Homecoming mission to your 100th hour of Countdown, let us know what you like and what you think can be improved upon in the future.

If you notice anything weird happening and think you may have found a bug, we also have a place set up to house reports on any Game Issues.

Known Issues Preview

As this is a Beta build, some issues will be present and may impact gameplay.

Please note the following:

  • Players may experience a variety of networking error codes when attempting to play the Beta
  • Bungie will be testing server stability throughout the Beta, which may cause error codes to appear periodically
  • Location names sometimes do not appear during Crucible gameplay
  • Players sometimes are Kicked to Orbit after witnessing a black screen when entering a Countdown match
  • Players may sometimes be placed at the beginning of the Inverted Spire Strike Activity when joining in progress
  • Sandbox balancing is still taking place: Some weapons or abilities may have higher or lower damage than intended
  • Not all content has been localized in all languages
  • If you encounter any network related issues during the Destiny 2 Beta, please follow our Network Troubleshooting Guide to ensure proper network settings for Destiny gameplay.

If you encounter alternate issues not listed above, please post a report to the #Help forum. For all other information, please see the Destiny 2 Beta Guide.

How to get the Abbadon and Nova Mortis post Dawning

Both these weapons were introduced as part of The Dawning event but are still available to collect. These are basically the Void and Solar versions of the Thunderlord.

Originally you had to level up your book to get Xur’s Tag to unlock Xur’s gift at the tower and get the Tattered schematic which you then had to turn into Ikora Rey to unlock the Exotic Quest “Songs from the Void” for the Nova Mortis. Once you completing the Nova Mortis quest, go speak to Commander Zavala to unlock the quest for the Abbadon.

Got my Halo 5 Xbox One Bundle today

I won’t do the unboxing thing as that is old and tired. I will however tell you that it is one sexy beast. Microsoft really stepped it up with this one, yes there are other custom editions but I am a major halo geek and this made my day.I did not build the statue yet, but will post a picture once I do.

Here’s IGN’s unboxing:

Windows 10 Editions

Microsoft says that they designed Windows 10 to deliver a more personal computing experience across a range of devices.

An experience optimized for each device type, but familiar to all. Windows 10 will power an incredibly broad range of devices – everything from PCs, tablets, phones, Xbox One, Microsoft HoloLens and Surface Hub. It will also power the world around us, core to devices making up the Internet of Things, everything from elevators to ATMs to heart rate monitors to wearables. No matter which Windows 10 device our customers use, the experience will feel comfortable, and there will be a single, universal Windows Store where they can find, try and buy Universal Windows apps.

Past versions of Windows were tailored for different devices; with Windows 10, Microsoft is changing that by creating an edition system that address the needs of their diverse customer base from home users to IT to systems like ATMs. Same code base, same experience just on different devices.
